I have never been treated so badly by a utility company. 1st time i needed 6 extra days to pay the manager said " i dont want to do that because you haven't had a zero balance " now im really screwed because she then charges me over 300 in fees. ? have tried to contact upper management , dosnt seem to help. Usually policies and procedures are followed when dealing with utilities but here it is weather or not they want to help. Very sad

People need to step back and look at the big picture, true dedication from their employees. Just recently an old water pipe busted underground during a storm and they had employees all the way up to management out in pouring rain for hours so the water could be restored to their customers. I personally think that says more about their customer service than anything else....

Sends a letter at the start of service to inform customers of why the "special fees" they charge are not "taxation without representation" because California "allows" them to attach their bill to the property deed.

So, the tone is set with the first letter that they send.. then comes the bills.. they are not always metered, the amounts are often incorrect and the office refuses to even check.

I can't wait to see them sued for dumping sewage into the lake, (still happening) or the "base usage", (lucerne was sued for this and lost), or theft for charging fees on vacant homes.

If you need water and like to get screwed in the pocket book.. move to Clearlake Oaks

A shining jewel of service in a very poor area. Half the customers are tweakers, thieves, imbeciles and the like. Not that anyone uses water to bathe around here, but they might someday. Hey losers, pay your bills its a concept.
