The Employees here are Great to work with
Lot is gated. This facility is one with a bigger lot meant to receive 53' of Goods, no tight docks, or blindsided tricks here.
If you are coming in the night before Trucks Park on Davis off Cabot, if there is room, all other roads are Non Parking.

These guys are incredible. I utilized their services to coordinate a copier move in San Fran for a customer, but I am in MICHIGAN! This was only possible because of the thorough and speedy communication of team members like Daniel Coello and Gilberto Siles. I was pleasantly surprised by the care they took with the machine, and by the reasonable price to do so. Y'all make my job easy - thank you!

Loaded on appointment time. The one thing which I don’t like is the unloaded the full trailer first who’s appointment is half an hour later than me. I asked them why? They said that trailer was easy. So why you guys even make appointments for easy loads? UnLoading was not bad

Company didn't show for the first walk through, called an hour later to say they were on their way. Turns out my boss could no longer meet with them. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Rescheduled with them. Promised a date and time. NO SHOW. NO CALL. Very unprofessional. Beware! I had to rate one star to post but I give them 0 stars.

Payroll and human resources department very rude, I think Norma was her name. I called with a client of mine who is an employee and tried to get some information to which she said, "Ask him, he's right there." Sorry, but the proper response would be somewhere along the lines of, "We apologize, but we're unable to give any information unless the client allows it or we have written verification." That's called customer service, you may want to train your people on how to act and talk professional and not come across as someone trying to start their weekend early. Really poor.
