Good facility but take too much time to unload. Employees taking all their time to move skids and stuff inside the cooler rather than unloading drivers shipment faster and unload you in between if they got some time.Maybe less staff I don’t know but they can do better than this otherwise People should stop delivering here for the solution so they can know how they are doing.

Arrived here 11/24/22 for delivery 11/25/22. Small place , long wait to get a door .
But you are able to make a turn careful..
it took a while to get unload .
You can park on the street or down the road at the dirt field ..
People were nice ..

Arrived 35mins earlier for a delivery. They had me out within an hour. Very quick and everyone was friendly. It's a small yard but docking isn't difficult.

In the morning of 07/08/2019I was chatting with the other driver about a broken fence in the yard. He was saying these people left that broken fence to get money from insurance and I did not believe him.
This is a small facility and they do not allow U turn. While I was backing I was told that I hit the same spot of fence that was already broken, I took pictures of the fence( the broken part of the fence is at least a couple years old as you know corrosion needs time),there is absolutely no fresh mark of hitting and the there is absolutely no scratch on my trailer.

I included all the picture of the fence and trailer, they brought me and estimate of 420 dollars to replace the whole fence immediately without any fence company looking at it.
I think they have the estimate ready for multiple use inside.
I see these people very dishonest and I consider this an insurance fraud .
I report this to BBB and insurance investigation people.

delivery on 05/07/21 there are three trucks waiting, no one came to work, because of them I lose a good load, bad company, lazy people
