Over the years I have purchased Seven watches, had a WWII boat clock restored and a pocket watch from 1896 restored at this store. Sales staff is wonderful and quality of watch-making first rate. i plan to buy another watch from them once I am feeling better. Wish they were in San Luis Obispo.

I brought my son's Concord watch to this lovely shop to be repaired due to excessive corrosion. I was greeted with the most friendly customer service, they were courteous, professional and very passionate about the watch . I'm so happy and highly recommend them .

Have had a watch battery replaced and a desk clock repaired. Both times service was excellent, affordable, and quick. I will absolutely bring all of my watches and clocks back as needed. I cannot recommend them enough

we took my wife's favorite clock in. it appeared to be a unrepairable situation based on how the clock was assembled. it needed a new motor assembly and it would be impossible to fix it with out really possibly damaging the case and face. we decided to give it a try and the the clock ended up looking perfect and has a new clock motor etc and runs great! THANK YOU!
