I had these folks cut a few custom parts for me. I was in a rush and my usual outside vendor was booked out. They were able to cut my parts a little sooner. The quote was a little outrageous though, for some 16 gauge plasma cut parts. I went ahead and did it anyway. Once I got the parts back though, they were completely covered in hard splatter, there was defects in some of the features, and there was random cut lines on only a few of the parts. I let them know, and their machine operator blamed my file, then when I asked about the splatter he said he would’ve cleaned them but I didn’t specify, and it would’ve cost even more. Yesterday I had my usual vendor cut another group of the same parts and file. Actually almost double the quantity, on much better material, and they were laser cut. They had no issue getting them cut, they looked amazing, and the price was half! Half of what these people charged me. I will never do business with them again, and I will never send business their way from anyone else I know. Very amateur, charging pro pricing . I learned my lesson. Their office staff was kind of nice though. That’s it
