I just got off the phone with the most pleasant customer person Julie. I am starting my own so business and I have call many bulk supplies. This company by far has been the MOST helpful!!! I have asked other suppliers if I can purchase samples of their oils and none would sell me their samples nor offer any. I am already inundated with big bottles of oils that I will never use because I do not like the smell. HBNO is an amazing company there are so willing to help you and send you samples. I am so looking forward to doing business with this company! I will highly recommend them and give them a try! They are definitely a customer friendly company!

I've ordered from HBNO Oils for several years and the customer service is always ACE. I've had a few small logistical issues and they've always gone above and beyond to make it right. The quality of the oils is therapeutic grade, which is rare in large distributors of essential oils. The carrier oils are clean, and their free shipping often exceeds my expectations. I LOVE their essential oils for my soap business. I am very picky about essential oils and would rather pay high dollar for good product than worry about quality. I placed a pretty sizable order so I could really compare their oils and the oils from my other favorite EO company... and am so pleased with HBNO's quality. I had contacted customer support prior to purchasing with a few questions and they responded nearly immediately. The packaging was also very impressive. Each 4oz EO bottle was in its own individual box with a glass dropper lid, as was the large 1k bottle. Will continue to buy bulk essential oils from you guys.
