I have been here twice, once for my own wedding, and once as a vendor for someone else's wedding. For our wedding it exceeded our expectations and the house was just a dream to stay at for 3 days. The staff made everything easy for us so on our wedding day could be as stress free as possible. I was excited to go back as a vendor because of how spectacular the venue was and it delivered once again. So much fun and the staff made the experience effortless on our end. I hope to be back soon!

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience top to bottom. We stayed at the property for my sons birthday and had our entire family and extended family there. We used AvantStay's concierge service to get everything we needed for the event. I will definitely be back! Thank you AvantStay!

Stayed with my family a bit ago and we had the best time — rooms are comfortable, lots of activities to keep us busy, and the property has a peaceful yet fun vibe. Avantstay was great—they had the fridge stocked before we showed up and sent a masseuse over one day. It’s about 10 mins away from town, but that didn’t bother us. Already booked for next year!

The location and property are beautiful and that is about it. The team made our wedding quite a hassle. Email communication was very slow and it often took multiple outreach attempts to get answers, and it felt like we were getting the runaround from them (scam vibes).

It's been 3 weeks since our stay and we still have not received our deposit back. They ended up sending our deposit to some one else's credit card and I have been trying to get the situation resolved but haven't had any luck.

We used a DJ that they recommended and has worked hundreds of events at the property before. He ended up moving items around the property using his van and left without moving the items back. The next day, after we checked out, he sent a message saying we might get charged for the heavy furniture he moved and he never came back to help us move it -- we did not have the resources (a van) to move the stuff back. It's almost like vendors that they recommend are in cahoots with AvantStay to milk more money out of guests, it just feels scammy.

Lastly, we were told someone would be on site the day of our wedding to help with some last minute details and be on call for anything we needed. This was not the case. No one showed up and we had to make a lot of adjustments because we were unable to access the barn which we needed. Very disappointed in this company and the added stress they put on us during an already stressful planning process and wedding day. Knowing what I know now, I would not recommend having your wedding there.

We recently photographed Rylie & Austin's wedding here, and it was literally one of our favorite "venues" we've ever photographed. There is so much to love about this place, and we can't even begin to get into all of it, but just know, that for guests and everyone that stays here, it will be an absolutely unforgettable experience! We hope to be back soon.

Lago Vista Ranch is a gorgeous location! Dave the owner is very hospitable and accessible. This place is great for a number of events and can accommodate a very large group of people.
In addition to the lake and beautiful home, this location has a fun barn with a bar and a beautiful view to the yard.
I booked this place for a wedding but would consider it for a relaxing weekend get away. The place is truly as beautiful as shown in the pictures. 🙂
