This is the worst place for load pickup. In my 7 years of trucking career, I haven’t seen this kind of lazy and unprofessional place ever.

I checked in for load pickup at 11:00 a.m., and right now it is 7:30 p.m. and the load is still not ready. After dropping off the trailer at the dock, they asked me to wait outside on the road, where there were no food or restroom options available at all.

This is totally insane and disgusting. It took almost 8 hours just to pickup the load.. Why don't they realize that we are using an electronic log book.
Before I send it here again, I am going to quit this job. .

Your p/u # should start with a 7.

Make sure you have plenty of food and water prior to arrival. Will need to drop trailer in dock if being loaded.

Wait times 6-10 hours. Why? They hand load the product to save on pallets and get more product into the trailers this way.

Management is very bad checked in on entry gate guard was very nice I’m here for delivery seasoning compound guard explained way to go on dock and he said somebody waiting outside what I’m here the 1 hour what nobody receiving office no have any door bell for entry nobody care when I asked to someone is walking outside he had very bad attitude and he said you have to wait here somebody coming out to talk you

Nice gaurd check .But Worst dry load delivery warehouse I ever seen . 6 to 8 hours to unload & still waiting. If u coming to this place always ask for 600 to 800 $ over yours line haul for waiting hours before booking the load . I didn't read the reviews before or would have never came here .

I have called left messages with not a single call back. Was willing to drive to warehouse and pick -up myself. Have asked local vendors that stock our local store if I could purchase a case of the Chester Cheetos butter flavor puff corn and still can't get it. 1 case is 12 bags at $2.65 each would prepay but still can't get it Wow how sad !
I could order from Amazon for 6 bags for $34.00 that's to much.
I just was wondering why!!
