I have been eating my way through this quarter beef (grass fed grass finished)picked it up in November every cut was weird thick to thin on same steak this pic is marked cross rib roast ? A hip bone in it that’s along way from rib cage other cut’s looked like a chunk of meat not a real cut one last thing I was told your meat will be right out 45 minutes later it shows up how long it take to pull a box of meat I might.also note there was a meeting with counter girl and three meat cutters after I ask for my meat all seems alittle strange

I got a turkey from them this year for thanksgiving and it was the most delicious and tasty turkey I’ve ever made it was the star of thanksgiving, I’ll be coming here every year now

First time using Dave's meat - horrible experience will not return. Meat was cut in pieces that are indescribable. Meat was also cut to different thickness on the same steak. Make sure you are there when the steer comes in so verify the total hanging weight. It also took for ever for them to cut and finish our meat.
