Had an appointment for 5pm got there at 4pm then when I went to check in they said it’s still getting picked had to wait until 9pm to get a door and finally left at 12:30am the clerks are disrespectful and don’t care if you gotta wait! Id give 0/5 honestly be prepared to wait only positive I had good internet service that’s about it…

The worst place for pick up. They have lazy people working in here. Came here for pick up nd checked in 30 mins before my appointment nd got door after 2 hours. Got loaded 4 hours later.
I don’t know why they give appointments for pick up if the load is not ready on time.

Beside all these negative comments my experience was satisfying took me less than two hours to get offloaded here. I could give them five star if the make it a little easier for driver to where go straight I checked in three warehouses till I got to the right warehouse staff are amazing thank you all.

Avoid this shipper. Takes over 8 hours to load
They do not respect drivers time

7pm appt
Checked in 6pm
Got dock at 11 pm
Still not loaded. It’s 1am

This is ridiculous.
Why book a truck if the load isn’t ready.
wasting the drivers time . I had another load to deliver at midnight & missed it Loosing money

Also they have the most disgusting porta potty’s outside like we’re second class citizens. Looks like they never get serviced or cleaned

Delivered a load of empty glass jars to here. Picked up load a day early from oklahoma and dropped it on a wed at 3am. Appointment was for friday 12pm according to the broker. I dont think they have appoiments for these empty glass jars. They just take paper work and make you back into a portable dock and unload you. The place is like a puzzle when you get in but glass empty jars go to building 5 which the security will tell you to go but might want to ask to follow someone with a golf cart. Idk how it is getting loaded here or unloaded with other products but empty glass jars was simple. So can come when ever. Del monte is 24 hours as well

Nice big property, easy to navigate and get into the doors, but they send you to far too many places before finally telling you which door to use, and won't even let you on site without collecting your personal information off your ID, yet cannot say under what LEGAL authority gives them that right.... company policy is NOT a legal authority!
