Our LG fridge died. The next day Judy connected us to Frank and we got a good used fridge for backup. Then after fooling with the home warranty company for a couple weeks, we bought a very nice new fridge for a very nice price. Don't bother with the big box stores in you are in the KRV. Thank you Appliance Center! Now the backup is a beer fridge. ;>)

Had to find a part for our LG dryer and they happened to have just what we needed. We also know for any future items we can also have them order parts since they don’t carry LG appliances but still great to know. Very friendly and fair prices. ?

Went on the monthly plan and the people are very sweet. Willing to help. Bought a oven and refrigerator. They are to come out to fix my washer. They also have a service department. Which is nice. We bought the washer from someone else and it doesn't work they said they are willing to fix it. Saves on a whole new one
