Dyson & Womack defrauded my art fabrication business, Barnacle Bros., of my final payment of $21,000. My arts company completed a highly lauded stone artwork which is featured on their website. Yet they claimed that the artwork was unsatisfactory, apparently as an opportunity to renege on their contractual obligation for final payment. They showed no interest in providing information about their decision and stonewalled any further negotiation. If you are an artist, fabricator or a vendor, beware of their business practice and make sure that you are paid in full before they receive deliverables.
Better yet, steer clear of this group entirely. There are plenty of other more reputable and community conscious organizations.
