Zion Foodtrucks consists of the original team that helped design and buildout my food trailer, Falafayette. These guys know how to custom build whatever your business needs to craft your food or beverages. Oh, and when you need repairs these guys understand how important it is to get you back up and running as soon as humanly possible. I recently had a water pump failure due to extreme freezing temps and their team was on site to repair my kitchen in a matter of hours and had me back up and running while I was able to continue prepping for my next service shift. Great team and excellent customer service.
