This Jack was one of my best automotive purchases. The o ring seal started to leak I don’t remember when exactly it was purchased but tech support offered no resistance just ship it back I was told . 1 day turn around .wow . What great support considering you either are unable to talk to someone in this country or you are waiting forever for repair s I would highly recommend and it was a 3 bag long handle jack .

Excellent customer service. Quick response to the small issue I had with a order from one of thier vendors. Zendex handled it immediately with a call from thier V.P. Customer service shipped me a set of the Gojak locking brackets overnight at NO cost to me because I needed them A.S.A.P I have purchased several sets of Gojaks thru the years since about 1994 to present. Excellent Made in America product not like the knockoff Chinese garbage at Harbor freight. Or the Redijacks from BA products again imports from CHINA .
If you need this type of tool for your Tow Truck or body shop. Buy the best Gojak MADE IN THE U.S.A Mike in Cleveland Ohio

Recently I reached out to Zendex Tool to ask about a speed blaster I had purchased years ago. I was having trouble using it. (Through fault of my own)... They were very supporting and described what probably had happened is that I lost a crucial internal piece while cleaning the speed blaster. With no hesitation they quickly sent me a new piece in replacement free of charge. Made in USA and standing behind their product!!! Even when it’s the customer’s fault.

When I decided to purchase car dollies it was quite clear the difference of cost from one to another..I have always believed you get what you pay for this could not be more true with Gojack...I've seen all the utube video's showing the entry level to the best..there was NOT one bad comment made about the Zendex GoJacks...so I decided to call them and find out what makes them so superior...it comes down to the quality casters and superior workmanship. What is the point of car dollies if you need two people to get the job done.? Never mind the frustration..I purchased the 4520 it works flawlessly...and the best part made in the USA..
