I had a horrible experience with ZEMENT stone. It was a very simple, small order of stacked stone for a grill/landscape project with 2 week deadline and they dropped the ball. I was initially promised a 2 day turn around and the office manager, or whoever he is - I hope not owner, because I don't know how he could run a successful business - constantly messed up the order. (Later I noticed his office was a disaster with my order scribbled on a notepad. How do you not have a simple order form sheet?)

I had called multiple times during that week as he wanted me to give a 1 hour notice to put the order together. Nobody ever answered or called back. That was the first red flag, and I should have just stopped there. Instead, I decided I should drive down to pick up my order and would wait for it to be loaded. I was told that the stone wasn't ready and it would be another 2 days. Fast forward 2 days, still not ready. Called next day, it will be ready at 12. Get there at 12. Not ready. THEN he actually messed up my order and wanted to charge me 2 1/2 times the price for his mistake and told me, "If you don't like it you can leave." HORRIBLE customer service and attitude - constantly over promises and under delivers. If this transaction had gone better, I was going to recommend for some full house siding projects, but I can't imagine how bad they would mess up on a larger scale. ZEMENT stone has just lost out any much larger future business.

I just dealt with Zement, Savan was easy to deal with on 2.5 pallets of stone. Easy and fast text communication and loaded me right up. I'll be back to get more for my garage project.
