I'd give 0 stars if I could but this company will not exchange the siding for wrong color or size. They have a zero return policy and charge a restocking fee even though the product was never shipped. To me that's poor salesmanship and bad business. I guess the customers not always right. Shame to take advantage of elderly people. Sad sad sad!!!!

The owner is correct about the fact that I had no dealings with this company. But my Mother, Kevin's Sister, lives 1200 miles away! If I was in town this mishap would not have happend. Because---- I would have checked the size and exact fit and finish like this company was supposed to do. My mother and uncle are early 70's so their vision and judge of siding resides in the so called professionals that sell these products. Color was spot on but the size was way off. So my uncle was forced to purchase this bad box of siding and my mom had to purchase 2 more boxes to Co er the back side of the home. When the company was told about the size issues 2 hours after ordering said siding they charged a $100. Restocking fee for each box. That I can guarantee never was shipped!! As far as the timeline he is correct that a month plus went by because most of you know the weather was rainy most of the spring and you do not install siding in the rain. The way this owner thought I was uneducated on this subject is very wrong and the way he approached this review shows the way he does business. I stand by my 0 stars.

I just bought my first gutter machine and i want to thanks Yost and the owner George for an excellent customer service. The owner load the machine in my trailer and it was amazing seeing the actual owner helping me thru the whole process. I even bought materials from them at an excellent price. Thank you George and the whole Yost family for been part of this dream coming true. You guys are the best and i will definetely come back for more material. God bless

Truck drivers with 53 ft trailer watch out. Little space to maneuver,need to back up even from the street.If you need to turn around,take second entrance with no entry sign which i did.Loaded less than 10 min

Yost is incredibly helpful. I contacted them about replacement window sashes and even though they couldn't order them for me they've gone out of their way to assist. They helped me find the original invoice from another installer and submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer when that installer wasn't responsive. Highly recommend working with them as their customer service is incredible.
