Jake and Ashley, you guys make some next level razors! I just got my third razor from you guys today and it’s brilliant. I now have the Merica, Winning, and 921-M which are all amazing. I’ve said this before, this isn’t Amazon, these are high quality American made patriotic products that can be passed down for generations…good things come to those who wait, you might wait several weeks but it’s worth it, be patient and enjoy your shaves! Thanks Yates for supporting first responders and the military, I appreciate that. I’m sure I’ll be ordering again, stay safe.

Ordered product mid 2024, never received. 3+ unanswered emails. 9 months later, still out $160 with nothing to show. Unable to initiate chargeback because of the time-frame. Was assured via bratty newsletter from Yates that the orders would be fulfilled by January. Here we are mid March. These people do not deserve your business. Overhyped to hell. Abysmal customer concern. Buy literally any other high-end razor.

This company is a fraud. They do not ship out products and do not reply to emails or Instagram messages or posts. They will take your money and run, and that's just what they've done: shutting down business after taking as many orders as possible that they will never fulfill. BUYER BEWARE.

I had the pleasure this past Friday to receive my Yates Precision Manufacturing “Winning” razor. This is a small operation run by an extremely dedicated team. That at times means the production runs are limited to all factors of supply chain and operational coordination. Each of their razor types requires a complete different dye setup. This can lead to delays beyond the three week window. You also may see some orders which higher numbers go before yours. It is understandable for anyone with an operational background. That being said, I never felt lost in where my order was through the process because of their manufacturing order portal. In the end, I received my razor and couldn’t be any happier with it. If you ordered and have an issue with the timeline, they will work with you. In the end, this will not be my last razor ordered from YPM.

1-3 week lead time is far from accurate. My order was made 6 weeks ago and I’m still in queue. I’d be fine if they advertised a 6 week time frame. I would have bought another product as this will now be a (very) late gift. I’m sure the product will be great, but until I get it I will keep this a 1 star.

Finally got it after 8 weeks. I checked it out, looks very well made and it’s heavy for its size. I assume it will be worth the wait based on the quality.
