I was on a business trip and had a flat tire in a rental car. David Mercado was wonderful. He got my vehicle in quickly. The tire was not salvageable and he was kind enough to put on the spare tire and did not charge anything. He was very kind and I really appreciated the great, caring service. Great experience! I’m from out of town and needed my oil changed on my new Toyota Tacoma. Yampa Valley was there to help, and quickly serviced my vehicle even though both the required oil and filter were not a standard type, and had to be picked up offsite. No problem, quickly taken care of and a great taco stand also. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with.

I had a low right front tire. Turned out all four of my tires needed air. The young man who did the work to get everything up to snuff was very professional and patient and kind! Appreciate your employees and their professional attitudes! The other young men there were encouraging and full of smiles! As a retired nurse I appreciate good service regarding my vehicle especially when I am traveling many miles!

Visited due to a flat and irreparable tire. They didn't have the size of tires I needed, but located another shop that had tires in stock and SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME AT A COMPETING STORE!
