This store is horrible… we went in to upgrade our line the agent told us at that we need to pay $250 dollars to pay off the phone. Pay that amount and he comes to tell us we can’t upgrade. This place is filled with lies. Took my business somewhere else was a loyal costumer for years and will never go back here again.

This review isn't particularly directed at this store. The in-store visit was pleasant. The internet itself is fine and affordable, although speeds do not reflect what you pay for. Outside of that, nothing but bad experiences. They are relentless in trying to upsell you with deals that aren't without a catch. I was fooled by a "free" ipad promotion that was explained in a way to make it sound great, but then you pay a bloated price ($200 above compared price) on a 2 year "deal" in which you need to give the ipad back if you don't pay off the "free" ipad. It could be a language barrier with support but, I felt pretty ripped off, but ill claim some responsibility for being duped. Additionally, everytime you contact support, which you will most likely need to do, they will try to upsell you. They do it by direct call too. Make sure to check your bill, they will try to sneak in fees that you may not owe. It's my opinion that Xfinity is a company with low integrity, but sometimes options are limited.

Response to your response, I opened the link to your chat and nobody is there, zero response whatsoever. You people need to get it together, never seen a company with such terrible customer service before.

This store is always helpful, with friendly employees. They’re SO MUCH better than Xfinity’s phone & chat customer service. They are so much better that I literally leave my home and drive to this location instead of sitting on the phone or chatting with an Xfinity representative now. Check them out.

Is it incompetence of lying. Its hard to tell. I was told that I could sign-up and later replace the modem with my own and get a $15 discount. it was a lie. When I replaced the modem, they tried to charge me $15 more because discounts don't apply anymore.

If you have any choice, stay away from xfinity and particularity this location. They will say anything to sell you a plan.

I was in and out within 5min, had to return some equipment. Staff was quick and polite. I did arrive shortly after opening.

understaffed. Comcast/xfinity needs to be broken up like Standard Oil was by Congress. It's a monopoly that doesn't care about customers at all.

They don't offer a phone number so you can call the store directly; you have to call the 800 number which connects you to billing. Then they put you on hold for a while. Xfinity is the absolute worst when it comes to Customer Service.
