I don’t see my review for few months ago but I’m rewriting it . Jason this floor installer left bunch of Dr Pepper and cigarettes butt all over . I was so disappointed I called Jason to at least clean it up. He laugh and block my number . So I took my business someplace else and met this amazing floor installer. Looking at previous reviews I do see his name being highly recommended but I could be wrong since he wasn’t at Wrucks . Either way I really love him and gave him all my business for LVP for my office buildings .

Worked with Wrucks recently as part of building a new home with Hall. I honestly walked in dreading idea of a selection meeting for cabinets, countertops, flooring, and tile, but Shelly and Tobin were great.

They worked with me to translate examples my wife and I found into selections they could provide and worked very hard to provide options and advice on each selection to ensure they worked together and produced the best look for our new home. After the initial selections, I even went back to Shelly for help with adding a custom backsplash and she and I worked together to design it and match the tiles to provide a perfect answer for the kitchen.

While Wrucks was great during the build, since then they've been extremely disappointing.

The quality of materials is horrible. Flooring separating at seams, requiring multiple warranty visits, patches, etc. Was told we "wouldn't see the seams" when we picked them, now there's a number relatively easy to pick out from 10 feet away. We had one come out recently and he only had half the work order, so a bunch of things didn't get done. A month delay to get them back, at least.

We reported multiple tile issues in June 2022, they are STILL not addressed as of mid-April 2023. This includes the master bathroom having shelves that are barely holding to the wall (not even with anything on them). A year we've owned our home and a year we haven't had a working Master Bath thanks to Wrucks.

We purchased our back splash tile and had their team install it. Nice selection of tile, found a tile not found anywhere else in the Valley. Melody was very professional and easy to work with. The installer did a great job. We had some issues with another business in the valley, getting issue resolved, and Wrucks worked with us and our crazy timeline. THANK YOU WRUCKS - YOU ROCK!

When going through the design phase for our new house we were asked who we wanted to do the floors, cabinets, etc. We chose Wruck's because it was convenient as they did it all. I think we made a pretty bad call with that decision. Our kitchen backsplash didn't come out so well. The floors were nice to start with but are splitting and it's glue down. Both showers had poor tile work. We've had them come out several times but it's been a nightmare and some things, like the showers they refuse to do anything about. Communication is sorely lacking. They promise to call and update us but we end up having to call them, constantly. I know COVID is an issue but honestly I think they just over committed to new projects and are not really good at customer service after the fact. We were even told that at one point, the priority was new construction, not warranty work. If I had to do it all over again I would have definitely gone with someone else. For those that had good dealings with them, I'm happy for you. Our experience though has not been good at all.

Our bathroom and kitchen cabinets were installed by Wrucks and we have had excellent service from them. No issues with the laminate as well. Carpet is another matter. We have had ALL of our rooms with carpet kick-stretched (twice) and it does not help, we still have lumps. The installers should have power stretched them and they did not. It has been a nightmare, and we are now forced to buy new carpet. So while Wrucks did send out workers to kick stretch the carpets twice, it did not do the job. Bottom line, they were never stretched properly from the start.

Wruck's does an amazing job. We utilized them for our flooring, kitchen design and cabinets. Scott, Tobin, and the team are meticulous in their attention to detail and deliver on what they promise. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job done right...in fact I already have! Highly recommend!!!
