We purchased a Vogue flatpack Shaker style kitchen from Silverlink branch. Impressed with the service from showroom staff. A great range of kitchens to suit every budget. Our planner was Jonathon Walker who was very knowledgable & talked us through the design and what would work for us. The 3D modelling was good and Wren software very slick. All the appliances were price matched. Estimator was spot on with measurements. Great service from the delivery team also. We assembled the units & fitted them mainly ourselves All in all we are very pleased with the finished result & have a great kitchen. John & Linda

Kitchen delivery guys were on time and extremely careful with units as we live in a first floor flat.

Very satisfied with all aspects of our experience with Wren kitchens. Excellent and thoughtful computerised design session; rapid delivery of units and appliances; superb quartz counter fitting service and quick, no-quibble replacement of two slightly damaged doors. The Wren finance deals were also no-brainers.
Our fitter was impressed with the quality of the units. The customer experience and support at Stoke was exceptional and went beyond their remit on occasion.
Overall we are very happy customers.

Avoid. My kitchen install date was September 11th 2023 and it is still not finished in March 2024. Still have Wren boxes scattered around the house waiting to be installed. For over £20,000 you’d expect better.. Update, house full of boxes awaiting re-install, 1 year after initial date. Awful service.
