The staff was very friendly the service was quick. I arrived at 8:30 and was all done by 2p. The drivers lounge was clean equipped with a television microwave and plenty of seating it was cold so bring of jacket. They also provide a shower for male and female lots of space and very clean. Please bring your own towels.. I will most definitely recommend them. As far as pricing, I was under warranty, charged a little bit, but not a lot.

Totally disgusting. $80 for a turbo boot? Just another place to rip off the truck driver. $135 dollars For a boot and two clamps.....absolutely ridiculous....... Crooks
You Don't need an invoice number to look up your own prices.
A quick search on the internet will show that they're $20 for a boot and $10 per clamp. You over charged me $80, I should report it to the BBB as price gouging.

I Had an appointment to get an alignment on my 2020 KW T680. I told them I only wanted an alignment, nothing else. They said no problem, it will take about two hours. After about two hrs truck comes out of the shop but we have to wait on paperwork. That was an hour and a half. The alignment wasn't done, and they gave me an estimate for $3,400 to have some suspension bushings and U bolts replaced, $2,200 in Labor, $225 for "Shop fees." So they didn't do what I asked them, an just went on a scalping expedition. The guy that checked me in said we might be able to get to it in a couple days. I was furious and said, "Give me my keys. You guys aren't working on my truck, ever. I had to pay $200 to get my keys back, and for them to do stuff I didn't ask, and I still need an alignment. My truck has 200k miles on it. I'll have my shop at home look at the bushings. Their hourly rate is half of these guys, and they are honest. This is an unprofessional shop that will try to take advantage of owner operators. Stay away from these guys. There are better places to get your truck worked on.

Outstanding customer service, support, and these guys were reliable when we came into their shop. My partner and I came in from Flint, MI and we were treated like regulars, TOP OF THE LINE SERVICE!! Even though my comment didn’t have their things done right on our end they were patient and got the job done for us in a short time frame. Again Thanks guys

Was lied to over and over again about when they were getting my part in. They lied to me, my dispatch, my breakdown service. Cost me hundreds of dollars in downtime when if they just would have been truthful about waiting on the part my company would have flew me out and let me get another load n sent someone to get my equipment when it was fixed. This wasn't a case of not being able to get a part, this was them saying they had the part and would be ready at roughly a certain time and when that time arrived then the said they didn't have the part even thi they already told us they did have the part. I will do everything possible never to come here again n anyone I know that pulls out of our yard just down the road will never use this place. No reason to lie... that's what I'm the maddest about.
