The most condescending bunch of office staff people I've ever met. The card I had on file expired so in order to remedy the situation they sent out two trucks to disconnect my water it hadn't been paid in 4 months because of the old credit card number . No phone call , no letters no nothing after 25 years of paying the bill on time . Rude and condescending to the max when asked to remove the late charges . The whole idea of using a credit card on file is to not have to worry about the bill getting paid they just take it out . I own and run a business myself and if my customers don't pay I call them on the phone and remind them but not Woodmore water and sanitation. T o o bad we don't have another choice for our water. You would think after paying my bill on time for 27 years that you can at least pick the phone up and call. Lay an egg

Thanks to all the guys who work for Woodmoor Water, especially Sean who spent 45 minutes digging out our pipe so that the water was restored to our house! These guys really work hard and long to fix water and sewer problems in Woodmoor, and I think that they don’t get enough credit or thanks. Thank You everyone at Woodmoor Water!

Sean was a great help in locating our main street water shut off. Came out as promised and found it very quickly buried under few inches of dirt in our front yard. We were not in an emergency situation yet, just trying to be ready due to some old plumbing in the house. Both Laura in the office and Sean were immensely helpful. We've been always happy with our water here in Woodmoor and hope it stays that way. Thank you so much for all your help.

Ive never had issues with them. Water price is reasonable comparing it to Lochbuie which was 250 for 10k gallons. which is insane amount. with little to no water use at 8k I dont pay a lot here.

I always pay on time because the website and xressbill pay states its an instant fee and water shut off which is every place Ive ever lived. However going into the facility and talking to the ladies in the front with any issues they are able to help you.

I havent had experience with any emergency situations like water pipes etc. But I did call and they helped me understand my house, how to turn water off, and whatnot. I use their automated systems to pay.

The water was acceptable until summer. Once they switch to the “Lake Water” it becomes unbearable! The smell of mud is overwhelming and makes you feel as if you bathed in the lake. Impossible to drink and even though it has been run through the filter in your fridge the taste is awful. They may claim it is “SAFE “ however they should try to drink it and bathe in it. Bought a Zero Water filtered container so we could drink and prepare food either water. Zero works great but with the amount of money we pay for water I should not have to pay for more filtering! If I could switch I would but stuck!!

We were charged a $20 for our very first payment without warning. Our notice didn't even include a website or a way to pay, just a charge and a threat to shut off our water. The water also always smells of chemicals. Welcome to the neighborhood.

The water is purple. Again. This happened two years ago as well! I don't have any idea what is wrong with this company, but this company sure does make me wish I had a choice in water companies! I don't have a choice though. They are the monopoly. It costs WAY too much to ever have a problem like purple water. Also, it is PLENTY disgusting compared with colorado springs utilities, even when it's not a lovely shade of lavender. We haven't drank the stuff for years, since the last purple water incident (lasted a week or more). We aren't going to drink it now that it's purple again, shockingly! Purple water isn't something I even want to wash my dishes or clothes or my child in. Having to run into town to family to bathe my child! Get it together woodmoor water! If you are moving and considering any other area of monument that doesn't have this water company, or the north end of the springs where they have other utilities, DO THAT INSTEAD! It's an outrage! But it's easy to pay bills? STAY AWAY!!!

Weird how they advertise "fresh water" but when I got a water test done from Costco they found INSANELY HIGH levels of chlorine then they try to tell you chemical water is better than fresh water because it's "scientifically enhanced"
