Nick and the Mechanics at this shop have been amazing. They have run diagnostics in my cars to make sure the right part was replaced when they could have gone down the road of replace and pray. I have taken 2 of my cars to them for various things and each time they have been fantastic!

I have been taking my vehicles here for years for servicing. I have adult children and grandchildren, and now my husband that take their vehicles here for servicing. Everyone always has a good experience and the mechanics are all knowledgeable and helpful.

These guys are the best! Very trustworthy, honest, and have fair prices. I've taken both my wife and I's vehicle's here for repairs and diagnostics. Nick is very friendly and professional. They make sure you're taken care of and I have never felt pressured into making non-essential repairs.

Also a huge shout-out to Matt working at the counter! While I was walking out after paying, I dropped my wallet and didn't realize it until I got home. As soon as I was going to give them a call, Matt called me letting me know he found my wallet and would hold it for me. You truly can't go wrong trusting these guys with your cars and wallets, lol.

Modifying my very positive previous review to an average of accumulated visits. The latest visit was a bitter disappointment. I had scheduled for "first-in" for reasons unimportant to this review. I dropped it off about 20 minutes early just to be safe and walked back to check on it 2 hours later, only to be informed that the reason it was sitting outside was NOT because it was completed, but because they had yet to bring it in! I was informed that they "could probably" have it in in "about 45 minutes" and the work would take a similar time. I had provided them with my cell number both when I set the appointment and when I dropped it off. Since the delay was supposedly because of a repair that wasn't completed the previous day, the responsible action would have been to call at that time to make suitable arrangements, and failing that, call as soon as they recognized the conflict.

(This USED to be) Our go-to place for oil changes, propane, and automobile service. The place looks like a throwback to the 60's and early 70's, and that is a very good thing, because so is their service. Quality work and professionalism at reasonable prices are rare and appreciated. You may want to call ahead for oil changes, but it is very much worth the tradeoff.

Absolutely amazing service!! Nick was able to fix my front drive shaft so quickly. All the mechanics are so nice and welcoming. And honest!! They didnt up charge me or tell me there were other problems. An awesome establishment!! I recommend Woodmoor Service Center over anywhere else.

I have used this garage for service for years and been thoroughly satisfied. On this occasion we had work to be done and their schedule was busy. They told me to drop it off and they would try to squeeze me in. They were not able to squeeze me in and did not communicate that. They also did not make a backup appointment. After several phone calls, no work was done. I picked up my vehicle and took it elsewhere after 6 weeks. There was a hailstorm at the location in the interim. They did not notify me that my vehicle was severely impacted. I'm frustrated at this terrible customer service and really bummed out that I no longer have a group of mechanics that I can recommend. All communication was initiated by me. It's one of the most basic parts of good customer service.

Had to get my head gasket replaced this winter *sigh* and the guys at the Sinclair were great. They looked at it for free and made sure my oil was topped off. Quoted me way cheaper than other local shops and did quality work. Nick and everyone else in the shop are very kind and I felt like I was really taken care of. Will continue to get work done here and recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!
