We thoroughly enjoyed working with Dulcie and her staff. The dining room table and chairs we purchased were absolutely stunning. You can’t buy this type of furniture in a run-of-the-mill furniture store! You definitely get what you pay for! This piece will last us forever! It is high quality made down to the last detail. The gentlemen that delivered the furniture went above and beyond as to make sure of the care to put it together and even polish it! I can’t recommend them enough! Will definitely be going back for future purchases. Thank you again!❤️

i sent an email about a custom wood table top to replace a glass top we were tired of. i got a quick response from dulcie who knew exactly what i was looking for. she worked with the builder to meet our exact specifications and delivery was quicker than expected. customer service, price and quality is top notch. delivery guys were polite and very helpful. couldn't wish for more!

The staff answer all our questions, no matter how crazy it may have sound. Very, very friendly staff. They may have to order what you want, to get the customer's vision. The pieces I ordered took a few weeks, but well worth it. Very well made and LOOKS great. When delivered they took care in bring into my home and setting in place. They explain the care to take in cleaning and if any damage or problem, they will help solve it, so you can continue to enjoy what you have purchased. I will be shopping there again.

All of the items at Wood Grains are so beautifully made that we want to buy the whole store every time we go in. The employees are wonderful people and very helpful! We love how the furniture and items there are home made, great quality and for the most part local. We have bought things here for personal & professional gifts and also for our home and they are always highly appreciated, durable and valued. This is a wonderful place to furnish homes or buy gifts, especially old fashioned Christmas gifts. A+

I purchased the laser etched bottle mentioning Franklin County as the moonshine capitol. I love how the bottle was etched and I had to have it. Also the people ho worked there was nice and helpful. I live out of the area and if I ever do return to Rocky Mount I will return. It's a good place to do business.

We are really enjoying our new chairs. It was great experience buying the chairs. They were also very helpful in loading the chairs in our truck and even loaned us a blanket to protect the chairs while transporting them which we returned at a later date.
