The aquisition of local businesses and the Weld landfill in Ault, Co. was initially shocking, and the transition went well making the changes tolerable. Over years of keeping his service, as WM policy took over we began hearing from other locals of their dismay. Dismay in cancellation procedures, overcharges for small infractions. The cost for the landfill is unreasonable, Weight tickets and costs were not provided the times I have gone- I refuse to return, and as a contractor go out of my way even at the cost time. The cancellation policy for regular service is pure entrapment and unethical. The procedure to cancel is lengthy and pitiful with no confirmation in return other than what I have requested from the post office. It appears as though the revenue earned through this top heavy business is petty - at the cost of the customers, and fines are unreasonable. Certainly compared to equally as large providers, ie- Republic, who do not succeed on these same obscure business practices.

Terrible customer service. Tried to make up for a mistake with a free extra pick up. Charged me for the extra pick up. Took 3+ calls to get the charge refunded to my card. At this point a free month or something should be offered.

It is not worth your time to go here. $105 for a covered trailer load of scrap wood. Larimer county would’ve charged maybe $30. The scale house employee was super rude as well. If it wasn’t for the snow, I would have never gone here. I will not be coming back.

The lady in weigh-in area is sooooooooo rude. Just because you work at a dump doesn’t mean you have to act that way. The guy at the top of the hill is so nice. She should not be in customer service.

They will penalize you with fees up to $300 for a dumpster lid slightly open. They give you one grace warning and reverse but the penalizing is outrageous. Proceed with caution.

Too expensive for not great service. Getting charged extra for over flowing even though it's their problem because they don't show up when suppose to. And this over the holidays not picking up trash in a timely manor needs to change.

Too expensive don't recommend 160 dollars for 0.76 ton crazy amount. In aspen which is supposed to be expensive they charge me 130 dollars for 2 ton. At that point I recommend driving to different landfill fill your gas tank and pack of beers with the money you'll be saving.

I think this company tries pretty hard to be good but my startup experience this week was pretty annoying as the can was delivered long after the trash pickup so I paid for a week I didn’t get service for. Also their service termination charge is borderline extortionate.
