Amazing sandwich. I ordered the Italian beef, wet. Their was no shortage of hearty, moist, thin sliced beef and it was topped with delicious peppers that complimented the beef and the thick slices of mozzarella perfectly. The peppers where not too spicy, but added a nice zesty kick. The bread surprising held up very well to the two laddles of juice on my "wet" sandwich. The bread was thick and hearty, but still airy and not too dense. Great flavor as well.
Overall, a perfectly balance sandwich. These guys are legit, and deserve more business!

Decided to try somewhere new today so we went to Wize Guys Beefs and we are really glad we did.  When you get to the food truck you can already smell that it's going to be delicious. The owner said the Italian beef sandwich was one of his most popular sellers so that is what we tried (the dry version since we were traveling).  First thing we noticed was the excellent portion size, my husband is a big guy and it was a very filling sandwich for him. It had fresh soft bread, packed with flavorful thin sliced beef, and a nice spicy kick from the giardiniera peppers.  We definitely will be eating here again to try more items from the menu (the eggplant sandwich and the jerk chicken sandwich both sound incredible- plus where else in Moses Lake can you get a Chicago style dog!)

Stopped here in our way back home from Idaho. The reviews and the trucks eye catching appeal is what made us check it out. Friendly service and a good history run down of how they started. Maybe I just caught a bad day in the kitchen. Definitely a meat overload and butter soaked bread just ruined the sandwich. Made it all soggy and started falling apart before I could eat it. The pizza puffs were good my little one complimented. Maybe on my next trip through I can give a better review. But if I have to be honest it kinda was a disappointment.

My wife and I were passing through on our way to Spokane and found this amazing food truck. With our love for all things Chicago, we had to give it a try. Wize Guys Beefs beef sandwich is a must have. Delicious beef sandwich and great service. Do yourself a favor and try it!

Stopped by Wize Guys Beefs on a whim and was blown away! As a Chicago dog fan, I can say these are the real deal—perfectly done. Tried the Gyro too, and it was delicious. Larry, the owner, was super friendly and made the experience even better. We also had the Italian Beef Sandwich, and it was packed with flavor, huge portions, and the giardiniera added a perfect kick. Definitely coming back to try more—highly recommend! Five stars!

If you haven’t tried Wize Guys Beefs yet you are missing out! We got a bunch of stuff for our family to try. This was hands down the best gyro I’ve had. It was absolutely loaded with filling, the seasoning was spot on, and this thing was loaded with flavorful melt-in-your-mouth meat. The crisp vegetables and the creamy, tzatziki sauce created a harmonious blend of flavors that had me eating when I knew I was full. The pita was warm and so soft, holding everything together without getting soggy or falling apart. It was absolutely amazing. The fries had a fantastic zing in the spices. I also tried the Chop Steak with Cheese and when I say the meat was melt in your mouth I mean it was like butter! Absolutely a must try, we will be going again and trying more. Look for the food truck with the banging wrap job down on the corner of Broadway and Beech.

Great establishment! The service was very friendly, helpful, and caring. The food was delicious and it's a lot of food for the price. I and my wife were both full off of a sandwich and fries. Speaking of which the fries were amazing definitely high quality ingredients. I plan on visiting Wise Guys again for sure and would definitely recommend. Five stars!

I just finished a dipped italian beef combo with fries and wizeguys sauce. It tko'd me bro. The bread is high quality, gravy juicy and savory, mozarella luscious and melty, beef tenderized and chopped perfectly, and the peppers were tangy and spicy. The fries were fantastic too, a little crisp outer and soft inner, seasoned great, and the wizeguys sauce is slammer. It's like a raspberry jelly pepper sauce i think. Very good. Larry is super cool too. I'll be back for sure. Thanks big dawg.
