My daughter attends Pulaski Academy and today was picture day at her school. I had a few questions to ask the photographer to ensure that I completed the order form correctly. In looking for someone to speak to, I found the owner, Shelia Wingard. She provided excellent customer service and was able to assist me with completing the form correctly. I highly recommend their service because of her willingness to help me. She was very patient and listen to all my questions before helping me complete the form. Thank you again for being so kind! I had an excellent experience!!!

P.S. My daughter took pictures with this company last year at Pulaski Academy and all of the pictures came out perfect!

My daughter and her senior class had their graduation photos done today. She is a larger size and they didn't have a gown that would fit so they draped two over her. They did it in front of her whole class and she was so upset when she called me that she was sobbing. I won't ever buy pictures from them again.

We preordered school pictures online, when picture day came, they didn’t take his photo and when I called to ask them why he didn’t get a picture they said sorry some of the students who preordered names didn’t show up on the list so you’ll get a refund. I asked if they could do a retake because it wasn’t about the money, I wanted the school picture of my sons first year in kindergarten that I paid for. They said we don’t do retakes. They were extremely rude to me and said reviews were for “housewives who have nothing better to do ?” and that they didn’t have time for this because they had a business to run. They couldn’t understand why a school photo would be so important. It’s a sentimental photo that I won’t have because they messed up and refused to fix it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are horrible! They took my sons tball pictures with a white background and when I got my pictures they had no line marks to cut. Called to complain they blamed it on the parks and rec and the printing company and refused to do anything about it. The lady was very rude and hateful! Do not use them!!!!!!

For 110.00 pictures were horrible. Who ever cut the wallets must have been blind because they were messy. Parents please don’t get your children’s senior, prom, etc photos from this company because it’s all about money instead of quality. I hate that my children’s school used them and will be going to the attorney general

My daughter is disabled, they were patient and kind. I got to pick my favorites right there that day. Service quick and they are responsive if you have questions. Highly recommended.

Always get my kids school pictures back fast and fair priced. I wish someone wouldn't just take pics fast without telling a kid something is in their teeth or with hair in their face but I guess it's not their job.
