WINFertility is probably the most unorganized chaotic organization I have encountered. They are thoroughly un professional in handling even a simple ivf medication order. It's very unfortunate to say that thier customer intake personal are not trained enough on simple customer service and required empathy to be shown to any customer who is paying them for thier service. My wife was yelled on the phone by WINFertility personnel who could not comprehend a simple request to redirect the call to a nurse who made the mistake or misunderstanding the prescription and sending the wrong one to the pharmacy, where the pharmacy has to call back to us to get it coordinated back to our doctor. I will never recommend this company to anyone. No responsibility or accountability by this team. Such a shame.

WIN has done a good job getting the word out about the benefits by hosting webinars and being onsite when requested. I feel their offering is good and that they are meeting the needs of our employees. I feel that when issues have come up WIN has been responsive to try to get things resolved. I also am pleased by the results of us putting WIN in place. The savings have been impressive. I genuinely like the team we work with and feel they are doing all they can to support us.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. IVF is one of the most stressful things you can experience and WIN makes this experience even worse. They are completely disorganized, slow to advise on next steps and not proactive in following up. I’ve missed two rounds because of their inability to effectively communicate. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Our experience with them was nothing short of amazing. We had been trying to conceive for over three years and had almost given up hope. The team gave us a personalized treatment plan and walked us through each step with patience and empathy. The clinic's atmosphere is warm and welcoming, which made our visits much less stressful. We are overjoyed to share that we are now parents to a beautiful baby girl!

When speaking with our associates and when WIN comes up, what I value most is when I hear success stories about how WIN helped their family building journey. This can be just a call with a nurse at WIN and guidance, to full IVF treatment and successful pregnancies. This is why we brought this solution to our associates and their families, to help build families where previously they struggled due to a multitude of reasons. They hit you with a huge bill for “exclusions”, but can’t provide you with a written list of these exclusions anywhere. It’s ridiculous that my treatment plan is being determined by an insurance company rather than my physician.
