Went in to take advantage of their edible prints for cakes. They have a great in shop set-up that makes sending in your image and printing your design as easy as it comes. Pricing was absolutely fair, quality is actually shocking…who would have thought you could print photos with food coloring on sugar paper and it come out like you picked it up at Walgreens), and the convenience was exceptional.

Everyone I worked with was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The team effort they put in to make sure my prints were perfect is impressive. I did two prints and it was set up so it could burn away to the image below.

As a natural-born creative entrepreneur and chocolate lover, I began making candy and chocolate as a young teen in NY. Over the years, that hobby grew into a very small home-based business. When I moved to Hampton Roads, Virginia, in my 20s, I re-established my small chocolate business in Virginia Beach. I did a lot of research to find a good supplier in the area and discovered Wine and Cake Hobbies 30 minutes away. Their great selection, customer service, depth of knowledge and expertise, and how forthcoming Carla and the others were with sharing critical insights that professionals need made them my go-to for anything I needed outside of dealing directly with suppliers. I ran my business for years before closing it in the late 1990s but returned to Wine and Cake Hobbies today in prep for an unofficial cookoff competition among friends later this month. Carla is still here and still as helpful and forthcoming with important information as she ever was. I am thrilled that Wine and Cake Hobbies remains after all these years to serve customers in search of quality in every area. I'm giving a 5-star review, but I wish it could be 10 hearts. <3

I go here for so many events and they usually always have what I’m needing. This time, I was needing to purchase a clear cake stand. They have so many gorgeous ones to choose from that you can purchase or rent. I ended up purchasing one, and it turned out extremely gorgeous!!! I highly recommend this store for any of your cake supply needs! And they are always so super nice!

When we drove up & I saw the mural on the outside, I knew nothing but amazingness would be inside. You did not disappoint! I had to continually tell myself to stay focused; I went in for 3 items. I saw so many things that I will go back to grab!

Terrible. I bought 11 of the LorAnn Oils from Wine and Cake Hobby after I was told by the owner’s grandson that I could use these oils to make candles. I specifically asked if I could return the unused bottles and was told yes. I later went to Hobby Lobby to get vanilla oils and was told that the ones I purchased from Wine and Cake Hobby weren’t for making candles, that they were for food specifically. When I went to return them I was told that I couldn’t return the sealed bottles because they were edibles. Make sure you have them write on your receipt that the item you’re purchasing can be returned, then you will have no dispute. In fact, just go to Hobby Lobby or Michael’s or Amazon who have better customer service and a return policy that makes sense.
