This is the second batch of piggies that I have had processed through Windy N Ranch. Greg is very patient with me as a newby, and with a specialty breed as well (Kunekune). I have had him process for me personally and the USDA processing for resale. He has handled everything very professionally and is a good communicator. I like how the meat is packaged in vacuum sealed, clear bags, so I can see what is in there. They do great with cuts, ground meat and smoked products like ham and bacon. Highly recommended!
