We enjoyed every touch point with Wind River on our journey to new spa ownership. The website made it easy and transparent to design & price our dream spa online. Our experience with Rick in the showroom was fantastic and gave us the assured confidence to finalize our purchase. It only took 3 weeks for our new hot tub to be custom built and delivered. Wind River effectively kept us in the loop every step of the way. We appreciated the in-person visit to our home to ensure our site was 100% ready for installation. And the recommended electrician was super. The delivery crew was prompt and careful. They spent extra time educating us on all the important details of spa ownership. Last, but not least, we love the end product: perfect size & layout, quiet jet pumps, clean smelling water (no harsh chemicals), intuitive to operate and looks fantastic. We've had our Wind River Spa for 5 years and it's been incredible in every possible way. The team was excellent from time of purchase, through ongoing service needs 5 years later. The team is honest, helpful, and always prompt. There really aren't many companies left like this anymore. Wind River Spas is top notch and I recommend them to everyone looking for a hot tub!

We love our Wind River spa! We have used other spas that belong to friends or at overnight destinations, and nothing compares with our Wind River spa. The layout and the construction are great. We did have some issues with several components going bad for the first couple of years and the extended warranty took care of those. The owner, Rick said that it was very unusual to have that many repairs and he took very good care of us. It’s working great now. We have had the tub for six years. Excellent customer service. Made in Colorado for Colorado. We purchased a 7 foot cantilever umbrella from Costco and it fits over the tub perfectly. Nothing like sitting and soaking while the snow gently falls around you!

Highly recommended, a 'must consider' option when doing your spa research to compare vs competitor products/service - The best customer service and sales process I have experienced in many, many, years. Family owned, made in Colorado, our spa has been fabulous thus far. I would advise any buyer to visit the (very nice) showroom prior to purchasing. We worked with a gentleman on our first visit, on a Saturday, to later learn he is the founder/owner, Rick; and directly with Zach, another family member, every (random) visit and communication afterwards. This makes evident the personal approcah they take to their business on a daily basis, including weekends. We had a long delay to take delivery pending a continuously delayed landscape project; the Wind River team did not blink, super accommodating and easy to work with. We never once felt we were being upsold. Exhibited patience in answering all questions along the way. Extremely generous deposit and warranty policies. Superior product. Even the delivery team was awesome to work with.

Wow!! Just wow! Best prices on some of the most elegant spas I have seen for us non wealthy people! 😄 Nelson was extremely knowledgeable and this team took great care of my client from the purchase to the delivery and install. Would definitely recommend checking out other spa locations then come to WindRiver so they can show you why they are definitely #1 in the spa business!
