I am writing to commend Perotti's staff for the very fine job done sizing and installing a Mitsubishi Heat Pump in our house.

Your staff, Shawn and Carlos, did fine work. Shawn was very attentive and precise in his sizing and deciding upon the correct equipment and the proper location for our new heat pump. And Carlos was not only verry friendly and thoughtful, he was also very efficient and did a wonderful job with the installation. We are very happy and satisfied customers.

During a large renovation of our 1910 home, William Perotti & Sons removed all our radiators and installed an HVAC duct and ventilation system, along with a rather complicated wine cooling unit. They also handled all the plumbing for a complete gut of three bathrooms, a kitchen and a pantry. They could not have been more responsive and professional and a pleasure to deal with -- even when small problems arose, as they always do in any major renovation. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Extremely unprofessional. Service was a heating & AC repair, which they worked on a few times. They said the system had to be replaced for 15k+ and it turned out it was a just $50 part (another company did the repair and called them on the fraudulent or incompetent estimate to replace my system). They are rude arrogant and unprofessional. Will never use these rude and dishonest people again, there are many other cheaper nicer and more competent companies out there.
