Beautiful theater but omg, the mezzanine seating is not too human scale. Literally had to move from my front row seat because I was being completely squished by the people next to me. Had to sit forward. Moved to open seats after first act. Will do everything I'm my power to avoid coming back.

I chaperoned a field trip for my son's class and once inside this place was Beautiful to say the least. My son and the rest of the classes were able to join the orchestra with their recorders (a recorder is kinda like a plastic flute only held forward with holes going down the center) there's so many rooms in this place and they all have a unique character. I couldn't believe how nice it was. We weren't able to take many photos but the ones I did take doesn't do any justice. It's much more beautiful in person.

Great space surrounded by wonderful public areas and restaurants. The show I saw was fantastic and the staff were all very pleasant and patient. The hall layout and seating process can be a bit overwhelming but the space was overall clean and plenty of staff to guide you. Seating is cramped but worth a little discomfort to see a great performance.

Very nice looking theater, however seats are small and uncomfortable. Sound system is BAD, half of the lines were drowned in music that was way too loud and with bass heavy fragments it was just godawful. When you go to see a musical sound is kind of important. With tickets start long at $85 and a price of pure leaf tea bottle at $5(!), you really should either have better sound technicians or equipment.

Went to see Wicked. It was an amazing show, The mezzanine seats weren't horrible since it's a small venue. The sound wasn't great though from the Mezz section.
