My door was knocked by Aidan Erickson back in October. I was very skeptical about Solar at first because of stories I’ve heard. However, when I invited Aidan over to explain everything, I was pleasantly surprised. He was able to explain everything in a way that provided clarity and ease about the process. I felt very refreshed not having to deal with a high pressure salesman. Aidan was very helpful and helped our family make the decision to go Solar. We’ve had our solar for a few months now and Aidan has over promised and over delivered on everything. We would highly recommend WhyGen and their installer if you plan on getting solar.

Edit: WhyGen owner and local manager have been very professional and courteous in resolving the bad sales rep experience.

WhyGen Solar sales representatives are aggressive - do not let them in your home. I had a sales rep appointment yesterday (16 Dec). I said "no" 5 times that I would not be signing anything that day. When I asked him multiple times to leave, he would not. I will not tolerate being bullied and disrespected in my home. Do not let this company in your house.

Had a sales rep knock on my front door so aggressively that I thought they were the police. After a minute or so of not coming to the door, they knocked a second time, even louder! This infuriated me...if we don't answer the first time after a very LOUD and audible knock, what makes you think we want to speak to you after the second attempt? Door to door sales in this day and age is dangerous...not only for the home owner, but also for your employees. This practice is archaic and people widely know these energy salesman are a SCAM! To the owner, I know you read a book and got inspired to create this business, butttttttt never mind....good luck! 🫣🤣
