What has happened to Whole Foods. The selection, quality and price has declined and is no longer a place I want to shop. It is not a quality shopping experience any longer. It feels like any other big chain experience. Too much packaging and not enough product or choice. The food in the hot bar is dry and unappealing. I shopped at 6pm on a Tuesday night, there were so many empty shelves and the produce was sparse and ugly. It felt like they may be ramping down this location. I have shopped this location, be sure to check expiration dates. There products are often past expiration date. It was so dissapointing.

I will start with the good news about this place in Superior, CO.
Most everyone who works at this Whole Foods is nice, however there is one person in paticular (Fabian) who has been at that whole foods for a couple of years or so and is just awful. This Whole Foods isn't friendly anymore! I have shopped here for over 10 years.

(Fabian) who is supposedly a supervisor that is at the front of the store is (HORRIBLE) at customer service. He was not friendly at all, on more than one occasion he has been extremely rude and unprofessional. Not sure how he is a supervisor with such a turse demeanor.

I have shopped with Whole foods for more than 20 plus years in at least 4 other states where I have lived and many cities that I have traveled to and everyone, I mean everyone from the front Service desk to inside the store has been wonderful.
Not at this Whole foods in Superior, CO.
At least when you have a problem and call corporate they take it seriously.

This person needs training on being polite and not aggressive or try to be confrontational to embarrass the customers.
When I already told Fabian that I was checking out and I didn't need a basket. He acted like I was stealing. When he knows that I wasn't. He was demanding in a loud and obnoxious voice that I take the basket and putting the basket towards me. I already asked him if he could check me out twice and he said no, so I walked past him with his aggressive behavior.

What an AWFUL and HORRIBLE customer service experience!

I like a lot of people who work at this one in Superior. However Fabio has failed at customer service!
Sorry to have to write this review about this Whole Foods in Superior, CO as I have mostly 5 star experiences. However, this isn't the first time that the service here has been bad.

FYI to the store managers Steve and all the other managers you should tell your employees that if they don't like a customer or are having a bad day to still be respectful to ALL your customers!
This place does need a change. Hopefully they can correct the behaviors at this store.

A very well lit store that smells clean and inviting with helpful staff. Prices are normal for the area we are in. The pastry cream tart was not good. The cream was like a gel that you could make a ball out of. It has a horrible flavor. Now the cinnamon roll was delicious. And the cookie was ok. I definitely would go back.

I just left this wholefoods with a meal deal. Opened up the box when I got home and discovered that the crab cake smells absolutely rancid and the side (tortellini salad) was old and hard. I would bet if I ate the crab cake I would have gotten food poisoning. BEWARE
