I've seen people walk in and don't know where to go or what to do because the front desk does not appropriately greet, welcome and ask them if they need help finding a certain office or person. Sometimes there's no one even there at all ?

Nobody really works in office, front desk receptionist just stares at you, will not help, when you call it just goes to voicemail or answer machine.
