This company manages the oakwood ave complex in West Hartford. The place was incredibly mismanaged. There were regular pest, rodent, security, waste, and cleanliness issues. Calls to management (when they picked up) led to no progress or support. Homeowners were regularly disregarded. Absolutely do not recommend on any accounts.

This company is extremely unprofessional and the employees accuse you of lying about issues that you are having so they don't have to do their jobs. I have also been screamed at by an employee. They will not help you and will be extremely condescending, unprofessional and rude. There are many property management companies that lack but this company takes it to a different level. You will pay monthly fees but they will not care if you are comfortable in your own home or not. Dishonest, lazy and heartless company.

LAZY and curropt is the only way I can describe this company. $360 HOA fees and the grounds are completely unkempt. Garbage all around the dumpsters. Laundry rooms are NEVER cleaned. Money goes straight to Micheal Katzman's pocket. If you reach out to them about the things they are neglecting, especially Dianna Peele, you are completely ignored. They should be investigated and sued.

The negative reviews are true. A truly corrupt company. Will take your monthly fees and will not maintain and manage the property correctly. Don Grabon one of the property managers is the most unprofessional person that I have ever dealt with. They will disrespect you to your face and will not take care of any issues that you have. Lazy, rude and unproffesional employees. They do not care about owners and tenants at all. Steer clear, this company is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I am so happy that I finally found a company that can help me with so many things a homeowner needs and does them well.
From gutter cleaning, painting, dryer vent cleaning and inspection, porch screen replacement on and on they have done a great job. First I want to give special thanks to Paula Cassarino who is the contact person that will give you all the information and pricing you need right on email. She is so helpful and easy to deal with and gives you quick responses. The workers I've had so far are Kevin, Ryan, Patrick and Greg. I can call them for everything and if they can't do it Paula will let me know and try to help me with someone who can.
I just want to thank all of these people for their hard work and a great job overall!

Horrible company. Very dishonest and authoritarian. Our HOA finally got rid of them. Almost everyone is very happy about that. Some of the employees are nice people, but the people that run the organization are a nasty bunch. Imagineers is a far superior management company for HOAs.

They "manage" Somerset in West Hartford.
This building is not ADA compliant. There aren't enough handicap spaces. There are no kickstands on the entry way doors. No handicap push button to open the OUTER main entrance. Many cracks in outer ceilings. Rear parking ceilings have ominous cracks. NOT the individual garages. W&K really needs to step up their services to make things right.
