Came home to their truck blocking the ramp to my building’s parking garage, and no crew in sight. When my partner went to the front of the building to ask them to move, the crew laughed at him and was very rude. They took their time moving the truck but before they drove off, one of the crew yelled up to my partner, “are you happy now?” which was very unprofessional. They do a nice job maintaining our property’s landscaping, but the rudeness when they had blocked our driveway was unnecessary.

After several times being flexible with Derek to commit to a day we finally locked in a day. First day 3 guys showed up very confused. No bag for mower so they wanted to leave. I told them they could use my lawn mower. They mowed one small lawn of 2 and didn't do any of the other agreed services. SECOND DAY was scheduled to do the work and he texted at 5pm to say his guys would not make it. His old reviews must be friends cause there is no way this guy does good business. Don't recommend.

Ethan and his crew are great! They took out our dead shrubbery and replaced it with plants and an area we can expand on in the future. They also put in a herb garden on the side of our building that we're in the process of cultivating and a timed watering system that takes care of both!
