One HVAC system broke down, and the tech was great in diagnosing the issue and was even ready with a next day repair. However, the same system broke down not even 30 days later, and I can not get anyone to call me back or send a tech out. I have been on the phone with them for 3 days with no resolution to this issue. They also have a policy that the manager's phone number will not be given out at any time. At one point the scheduling center even called me and claimed that the tech could not get in contact with me on the number provided- that they were calling me on at that moment! I have given plenty of opportunity for them to correct this issue and make it right. They obviously do not want more business.

Quick, efficient, caring...this company took a not-so-fun experience (replacing a furnace) and made it go smoothly! They reassured me, kept me calm, helped me obtain financing and in less than a week I had a brand new furnace that I could afford! THANK YOU so much! Avoid. Waited all day. Never showed up. Never called. Just didn't show up. I made the appointment at 9 in the morning, and they said they would have someone at my house between 11 and 2. They close at 10 p.m., so I would have called somebody else had I known they were overbooking their appointments by at least eight hours. If anyone misleads you when they're trying to get your business, they'll mislead you when they hand you the bill, guaranteed. Also, run some of their positive reviews through an app called FakeSpot.
