Small gift shop but the emphasis is on shipping pecans. Gift shop is part of the processing plant. Lady came out of the office to man to register. You are buying direct from the processor. Also located here is Joe C. Williams Pecan Pies. Joe purchased his pecans from Whaley. His pies were so well like that Whaley bought Joe's company when he passed away to keep his customers happy. Wonderful story.

I have bought these pecans from my local grocery store for many years- gifted them to ppl out of state with other AL products. They are absolutely the best!!!

Products great, but going 'inside' today played negatively. Cashier was talking about dog adoptions....wouldn't acknowledge my presence although another customer had while I was looking in their cooler. I really 'felt' the person was unappreciative.

Fantastic customer service. Quality product. The gift baskets always look amazing. I suggest everyone try the dark chocolate dipped pecans, chocolate toffee pecans, and the pecan pies.
