They turned away my step mom who odv had more wrong then needed stitches didnt stabilize her condition fainting hit her head 40m later back home and still not right laying in bed have fun being sued your liable and I called the call center they no what I said so conditions u didn't treat or help her low lifes dont bother response time to 4 being 5m drive away was 10m. At 1am let me tell u there's no traffic and cameras are installed every light just negligence

Was here at 1:15 today for my daughter. It is now 6:00 and still haven't been seen. Seen many in waiting area leave and many from the rooms leave. Still nothing. Watched a man struggle to breathe and was left in waiting room over 2 hours. Unbelievable. She needs an X-ray of leg and foot. Could be anything could be nothing. Guess we will never know. Staff should order X-ray and even the wait would be worth it. Unorganized. Unprofessional.

I just wanna say THIS HOSPITAL AND THERE SET OF NURSES AND DOCTORS IN THE ER AREA ARE DISQUSTING AND DESERVE TO LOSE THERE LICENSE. I have mental health problems I was in a mental health crisis and went to this ER and the nurses sat in the hallway and LAUGHED AT ME and the mental state I was in all in the hallways dying laughing. I almost committed suicide beforehand. This was the worste experience I have had in my life. Also when I was in Walmart I RECOGNIZED one of the nurses and they looked at me and laughed. This is ridiculous. NURSES AND DOCTORS LAUGHING AT THEIR OWN PATIENTS. THIS IS THE REASON WHY PEOPLE DONT REACH OUT FOR HELP AND RESULT TO SUICIDE.

I came in at night for my baby and was given exceptional service by Dr. Elsarrag and the nursing staff there. They had us in and out in record time, gave us snacks, kept us informed on tests and sent us home with the medicine we needed and a prescription with directions for obtaining an nebulizer. Overall very pleased with my stay.
