Absolutely amazing service. I have known the owner of the company for 25 years and Recently was privileged to have used their company for a repair and refinish of my first floor. They were super accommodating, on top of every step of the process, easy to communicate with, and they restored my floor perfectly. I will never recommend anybody else but this company for flooring services.

What a fantastic experience! Mike is extremely knowledgeable, he helped us choose a Core-Tec floor that would work in our home. Any and all questions/concerns were handled within an hour. Amazing customer service. The entire job was completed within one week. The installation itself only took 12 hours, we couldn't believe we could have a new kitchen/living/dining room done in such a short period of time. We LOVE it!

Westwood flooring is an extraordinary company. From our very first contact with them their standard of excellence was remarkable. They turned our 150 year old antique floors into perfection. Their attention to detail was amazing. They were prompt, considerate, careful with our furnishings, efficient and immaculate throughout the whole process . They finished a week sooner than expected. The service, selection and craftsmanship were outstanding. We looked at 4 or 5 other flooring dealers and none compared. Delivery and workers were on time, and didn’t leave till they cleaned, vacuumed and carried all debris away. The condo hadn’t been updated in over 30 years and with new vinyl flooring in kitchen, bathroom and alcove area it looks fabulous. The carpeting throughout my stair cases and living room, dining area and bedroom were beautifully done. Extremely happy and highly recommend Westwood Flooring and Design. Plus expert in home measuring and figuring how much would be needed by Mike. Thank you

10/10 would recommend! Billy and the team provide amazing customer service from start to finish with a beautiful finished product. They are attentive, responsive, and willing to work with you (especially for a first time renovator like myself). I will definitely be using them again and recommend them highly -so much so that my parents are going to use them for their flooring in their house when the time comes. If you're sick of your floors or need a sprucing up, give them a call!

Found this place through yelp and decided to go with them based off reviews. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Got everything done in one day. Ripped up all the carpet in my fully carpeted condo and put down Vinyl. Beautiful color and the guys were great that installed it. Efficient and quick. Will was super communicative. Would highly recommend!!

Mike and his team lead by Carlos completely refinished our oak hardwood floors last week. My husband and I can’t say enough great things about these guys. They started the job earlier than expected and completed it well in about four days. We ended up choosing the Bona Natural Seal and couldn’t be happier. Our house is absolutely transformed.
