Avoid this place…. appointment time 3pm got assigned a dock around 5pm it’s now 12am still haven’t been loaded or even touched my trailer I asked buddy on forklift what the hell is going on he said it’s 2 more trucks a head of me lol man I left the hell with that I was told best time to go there is in the morning so if you ever get an afternoon appointment yo ass is grass but good luck I won’t be back…

I haven't had too many issues with the West Rock locations that I have been to, and this one is no different. Came in delivering recycle cardboard. Scaled in. Lady at the office was cool. Easy verbal directions. Ol boy, unloading the truck, the same thing. Helpful. Patient. That gets you five stars all day every day in my book.

I've been here a couple times. The guys/gals at the check-in gate are always very kind and respectful of a driver's time.

Arrive with a swept-clean trailer. They WILL inspect inside and out (and they aren't shy about rejecting a trailer). If it's just dirty they have a sweeping dock across from the guard shack.

Make sure you have a hi-vis vest or jacket. It must be worn on the property.

Load times are variable. All depends on how many trucks are in line ahead of you.

No complaints. I like when shippers are predictable and operate smoothly.

Pretty nice everything was perfect. Check in 7:30pm out 8:40, including cleaning my trailer first they got place to clean your trailer also provide broom, check in guard was really nice. I think its first come first serve facility. Portable restroom no overnight parking

I Had to Pick Up Some Rolls of Paper From This Location. The People in the Guard Shack Were a Pleasure to Work With. They Were All Polite and Informative. They Told Me to Pick a Door to Backup to and I Was Loaded in No Time. It Doesn't Get Much Better Than This. PEACE ✌️

Gaurd shack personel were awesome including sweeping out and pulling nails from floor of trailer but the rest was a 10hr nightmare. I estimated over 50 trucks were in line to be loaded for 7 docks and as trucks rolled out more rolled in. I arrived at 1pm and didn’t get to dock till 8:30pm finally left at 10:15pm. Make sure you have food use split sleeper and heavy amount of patience!

Need more better directions inside the yard, only 8 docks, only 1 forklift driver. I feel bad for that employee. 2+ hours to load you minimum.

On jan 2 2025 after check in got 9 trucks in queue for waiting dock for loading. It took 3 hours to get dock. On dock after 2.5 hours they start loading. Only one forklift loads eight trucks on dock one by one
