Excellent experience! Delivery of roll stock paper. Had a 13:30 appointment, got there at 13:15. In dock right away, green light and on my way out by 13:40. Great people inside! Thanks!

Got here 1 hour before appointment got a dock right a way unloaded and gone within 30 min ! Very nice place

Been here for 3 hours trying to get in a dock to unload 6 rolls. Not another truck here at all. Don't come here.

Worst Westrock I've ever been to. Six rolls of paper to unload which usually takes about 15 minutes and I sat there for 20 hours.

Turn right before railway track. Park by dock 13 against wall .. Nice guys took me 2 hours to unload cuz my dispatch didn't book delivery appointment guys try to come with appointment for fast unloading ...

Not sure about getting there early. He did ask my appt time and checked. Got there at 625 for 645 appt. I was out the door by 645. Better than most west rocks
