I've been with Western pest for about 3yrs now. And the service has been great. The customer service with Desiree is beyond great. Since day one she has always taken the time to listen to any issues and helps get them resolved. Any Rescheduling is handled in a timely manner. Doesnt matter if it takes 3 weeks she will come through and help get it resolved. My assigned tech Nathan has also been great. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Takes his time to explain and search the property for any issues or request you might have. Would recommend 10 out of 10. Havent regretted the decision to go with their annual program since day one. If it wasnt for Desiree and Nathan I probably would have left.
