After a recent visit to this local meat store, I must say it's honestly remarkably average compared to other options in the area. While it didn't leave me awestruck, it also didn't disappoint too greatly.
In general - The meat selection is decent, with all the basics you'd expect, but nothing particularly unique or outstanding (for example - If you are looking for beef heart, be advised this place doesn’t carry it). On the negative side - due to location depending on which direction you’re traveling it can be a bit awkward to get into the parking lot from the Blvd depending on traffic density. But it’s not too crazy. Also they do not take some major credit cards, like AmEX, so be advised for that. On the positive side - Prices are reasonable, which is a plus. The gentleman working was friendly and helpful, and the store was clean and well-organized overall.
In summary, if you're in a pinch and need higher quality meat than what can be found at a grocery store, this place will do the job. However, if you're looking for something special or extraordinary, you might want to explore other options in the area. It's a solid, no-frills choice for your everyday meat needs, but personally I’ve found better options in the immediate area.

This place is great! I had a $50 gift certificate and got about 3 days' worth of meat and a delicious merlot wine steak sauce. The staff was awesome and the shop was very clean. They have great prices and amazing cuts. This is truly a protein palace of awesome.

They have awesome ground beef and steaks. They definitely have the nicest counter people and have a large staff so waiting is to the minimum. I also love that they offer quality canned tuna.

Quick efficient staff, that know their meat! Their bacon wrapped tenderloins are a must have! I've tried all of their quick, frozen dinner entrées and they've all been very good: chicken cordon blue, chicken fried steak, etc. They also sale 1/2 brisket here that I have not been able to find anywhere else. I have NEVER been disappointed with any purchase from here.

I expected a line out of the door, but there was only one patron that came in after me. I was immediately welcomed in and directed to the meat locker box I wanted. It was already prepared. Wonderful customer service (I wish I would’ve caught the man’s name) and I was out of there in just a few minutes. I consider myself a regular from now on and am thankful this shop is just a few minutes from home 🙂

Place has 5star customer service. This is the epiphany of a perfectly ran business and how to staff ur biz with the right employees If I was a Meat company, I'd b taking notes and doing some serious mirroring. Just saying Thank u western meats for your impeccable experience from the moment of walking in the door until the moment of leaving. Hats off to you sir!

The steak pictured has a heart in it! This meat market has been locally owned since the 1950s and has the best meat in town. They have the best hamburger in town!!! It's a friendly environment I highly recommend them they have better quality and cheaper prices... THEY DO NOT PROCESS WILD GAME
