For a little shop on the prairie they sure do have a nice inventory. Bill and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I have always been treated with courtesy and professionalism. This is my favorite shop and I highly recommend them!

Amazing, not sure if all small town hardware stores are like the experience I had. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Had a young lady who helped me and knew where everything was at in the store. She went above and beyond, never seen anything like that in someone that young or that helpful in the big box stores of the metro area. Even while paying for my purchase customers were friendly, seemed like I was in Mayberry.

Western Hardware in Strasburg has continuously been the most helpful place for me. They always have everything I need for my diverse projects. The men who work there have greeted me with smiling faces 100% of the time, and they are always so extremely helpful! They've guided me through so many wild projects of mine. Their advice and product recommendations have a 100% success rate for me so far. Can't say enough good things about this business. I am also a young lady with tattoos and they never judge me, and they always treat me like I'm capable of doing anything a man could do.

If you need something for a project, or if you need advice, go to the strasburg hardware store instead of going to town! So much negativity in the world lately, just wanted to share something positive and give these guys some credit for being so amazing. ❤️

The employees are always willing to help you figure out how to fix something or find a part. They will walk you to the product if they have time.
They usually have everything here I've ever needed.
You can get things cheap on Amazon but Western Hardware has it on hand... so I'm fine with paying a bit extra.
