BEWARE. DO NOT work with this company. They have not held up their end of the bargain with our window package. They make promises they do not keep once the deal is closed. We purchased approximately $80,000.00 worth of Westeck windows with the promise of an installation consultant that never showed up. Now they have gone completely dark and will not respond to us. This company is a scam based in Canada, leaving their U.S. clients to fend for themselves if anything goes wrong. Their U.S base seems to be some sort of fly by night operation with a revolving door of managers and erratic office hours, often times closed. They smile and use stalling tactics hoping we will give up. We are now left with having to file a law suit. I would give zero stars if it were an option. I’m leaving a review because I feel people need to know before investing tens of thousands of dollars with Westeck.

Westeck helped me out! I had some older windows that needed replacement parts that I couldn't find ANYWHERE. A quick chat with these guys got me what I needed! They even gave me some parts at no charge since they were so old. I'm definitely coming back here for any future window problems.
