This place is great. Had 2 pieces of glass cut for old windows and they fit perfect. Plus there employees are wonderful. It was really nice having friendly folks at place of business just talk to you like they have known you for awhile. Makes a big difference in whether you come back to give them your business or not. In this case - If I ever need glass again then YES!

Maybe they do a good job, but good luck getting anyone to give you an estimate even if you're only 4min away from their shop. I'm still waiting on a call back from an estimate I requested 4years ago. My family has been using WV glass since the 80's, now our last 6 glass and window needs have been completed by other companies.

Very rude! If I could give 0 stars I would. The woman who answered the phone had no business manners whatsoever. We had an order in from months ago that we hadn't heard anything on, so I called to get an update and she rudely stated they don't do residential glass replacement anymore and proceeded to complain that they only have 4 workers. We could have been notified so we could look elsewhere instead of being put behind even more months.

WV Glass Co. recently fixed glass in a window for me. The person I called did tell me there would be a delay on their ability to do the work, but I was very pleased that it was done in less than 1 month from my original inquiry and for a reasonable price. They followed up every time they said they would and were professional.

We were in need of some storm window replacement glass and stopped in to place the order. The transaction was smooth and simple and we were told a call would come letting us know when our order would be ready.Customer service was great,the price point was fair and the quality of the product top notch, it was ready in about 2 hours right with in our time frame spent in town.Thank you'all for a very nice experience and Happy Holidays.

I called to get quote on replacement windows. The girl gave me price of windows based on measurements. $180 was price for 1 window, plus $75 hour to install, she said. I mention that Window World had went up on their prices since I used them 2 years before. To make a long story short, greed got the best of them as a week later, they priced me MORE than DOUBLE. They priced themselves right out of my job.** Now telling me they charge me over $500 for 1 window that WAS 180 and 75 an hr. to install! *** No thank you GREED.

Super fast service, friendly staff. Dropped off a double paned window to have one pane replaced around 10am and expected to have to wait a day or 2... Was told it would be ready by 3pm! And it was!!
